• You may not use GetRightOut to spam, mislead, or harm other users.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

• If you submit a show listing, you confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Don't submit fake, duplicate, or misleading listings.
• We reserve the right to remove any submission that violates these terms.
• By submitting content you grant GetRightOut a license to display it on the platform.

• Show listings on GetRightOut come from venue websites, artist pages, and community submissions.
• We cannot guarantee accuracy of dates, times, lineups, or prices.
• Always verify directly with the venue before purchasing tickets or making plans.
• GetRightOut is not responsible for cancelled, changed, or incorrectly listed events.

• Some links on GetRightOut are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you purchase through them.
• This never influences our editorial decisions or recommendations.

• GetRightOut and its logo are our trademarks.
• Show listings, venue information, and artist names belong to their respective owners.
• We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid takedown requests.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time.

• GetRightOut is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not liable for missed shows, incorrect listings, or third-party actions.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed $100.

• We may update these terms from time to time.
• We'll note significant changes here with a date.
• Continued use of GetRightOut after changes means you accept the new terms.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
• Any disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
